Putting it on. Start at the top of your ear, where it's thinnest, and slide the cuff down to the thickest part. Press gently until it holds. Let the crossed bands settle on each side of that point: that's what stops it from turning.
If it feels tight, move it to a thinner point higher up. If it slides, move it to a thicker one lower down. The right spot is different on every ear, and it takes one or two tries to find yours.
Taking it off. Slide it back up the way it came. Never pull it straight out.
Ear cuffs grip where your ear gets thick, not by squeezing. So there's no size to pick: there's a spot on your ear that works, and you find it in a try or two.
