Refund policy
We want you to be sure about your order. If something is not right, you
have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition.
For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear cannot be restocked.
How to start a return
Email us at unclipt7@gmail.com with your order number and the reason
for the return. We respond within 48 hours with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund goes back to your original
payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We do not charge restocking
fees.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within
30 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full. You will
not be asked to pay return shipping.
Return shipping
We cover the cost of returns. We will provide instructions when you
contact us.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, check with
your bank or card provider first, then contact us at unclipt7@gmail.com.
