It goes on the lobe, which makes it the anchor of a stack — everything else climbs above it. It is also the easiest place to start if you have never worn a cuff before, because the lobe is the spot everyone already knows.

Fit & comfort
Putting it on. Open the hinge until it swings clear, sit the hoop against the bottom of your lobe, and press the closure until it clicks. The click is the fit — if you didn't hear it, it isn't shut.
If it feels tight, give it a few wears. A hinged closure has a fixed diameter, so how firm it feels depends on your lobe. If it still pinches after that, it isn't the piece for you, and thirty days is plenty of time to decide.
Taking it off. Press the closure open with a fingernail and lift it away. Never pull it off while it's still shut.
There's no size to choose. The closure sets the diameter, and it's the same on every pair.

Gold: PVD real gold plated stainless steel. Waterproof and hypoallergenic.
Silver: platinum plated stainless steel, polished finish.
Both finishes are surface platings, not solid metal. They hold up to water, sweat and daily wear, but they can scratch against other metal — store them apart from your other jewellery.
Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
